We want you and your little ones to love every moment of your Tooth Fairy Paste experience. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help!

💬 Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products (oral care items), we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once the product has been opened or used. If your order is unopened and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

• The item must be unused and in original, sealed condition

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

• Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item

Please contact us at admin@toothfairyandco.com.au before returning your item so we can issue a return authorisation and provide return instructions.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packing your order, but if your item arrives damaged, or you’ve received the wrong item, please email us at reception@toothfairyandco.com.au within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A photo of the item and packaging

We’ll organise a replacement or refund right away, depending on what works best for you.

💸 Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

🚚 Shipping Costs

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our end (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

• For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
